Manuscript Evaluation:
An editor reviews your manuscript and provides a written report on what editorial services (if any) are recommended and why. = $125
Note: Manuscripts must be submitted on 8.5” X11” 20LB. white paper, using 12 font Times New Roman, one inch margins, double spacing, one-side copy.

Copy Editing:
Typos, spelling, capitalization, punctuation, minor grammatical errors, formatting issues. = $0.01/per word

Copy & Line Editing:
Sentence structure, word choice, repetitiveness, more pervasive
grammar problems, clarity and sense, awkward phrasing, rhythm. = $0.02/per word

Copy & Line & Content Editing:
Structural choices, characterization, plot consistency, overall structure, loose ends, momentum. = $0.03/per word
Graphic Design Services: Cover or interior pages formatted or custom designed by our professional Creative Director. = $50/per hour (by quotation).

Author Alterations:
Changes or corrections that the author requests to the proof copy (we will create a new PDF file to satisfy the change, however we do allow for 1 change request with no charge); after 1st change request there will be a charge. = $40/per hour *billed in ½ hour increments with a minimum charge of 1 hour.

File Conversion:
(from a print ready .rtf or .doc computer file* to a .pdf file). = $5 per file

Text Scanning:
(for manuscripts not on computer) - Scanning the author’s typed manuscript and provide an .rtf or .doc computer file*; this service includes proofreading against hard copy for computer translation errors. = $5/per scanned page

Image Scanning:
(for art/photos not saved on computer) — Scanning the author’s artwork or photos and
providing a .jpg or .tif computer file. =$5/per scanned image

Transcription / Data Entry:
(for manuscripts not typed or unscannable) — Keyboarding author’s manuscript and providing an .rtf or .doc computer file*, 8.5” x 11”, double-spaced, 1” margins on all sides. = $2/per page

Copyright Services:
The service may take up to 6 months for approval after application. = $125

Barcode / ISBN:
ISBN registration and barcode to coincide with that registered number. =$125
Generic Book Covers:
To purchase a book cover, please go to our online store and select the cover you like. = $125/each
